Quality Control

At Mingkai Technology, we implement a rigorous quality control process to ensure every grill meets the highest industry standards. Our production follows strict inspections at every stage—from raw material selection to final assembly. We conduct comprehensive testing, including high-temperature resistance, durability, and air-tightness checks, to guarantee superior heat retention and performance. Each kamado grill undergoes multiple precision inspections to ensure flawless craftsmanship before reaching our customers. Ceramic Parts Processing

We developed special machines to do the grounding work on ceramic domes and bases, each dome and base will be grounded smoothly to have a better seal when they are assembled and closed, also to have a better fitting for bands/hinge assembly, the diameter difference of the dome and base will be controlled at ±1mm!

Ash Hole Cutting Processing

We have developed a specialized robotic system to precisely cut the ash hole on the ceramic base, ensuring a seamless fit with the stainless steel ash door for enhanced functionality and a refined appearance.

Glazing Processing

We developed special glazing machines to do the glazing work for different size of kamados. The glazing machines will make sure that each kamado will be glazed much more evenly than “glazing by hands or “glazing by sprayed robot” on every part of domes and bases to have a better glazing appearance!

Automatic Kiln Temperature Control

Each tunnel kiln will be automatic controlled by the computer precisely, the firing temperature difference will be ±5℃, this will make sure that we fire the great glaze steadily all the time!
